A Little About Me
I’m Michaela, the Owner, CEO, and Senior Bookkeeper at Main Street Virtual. I launched the business in June 2021 after years of working in office management and bookkeeping. I’m passionate about helping small business owners—especially in trades—gain clarity and confidence around their finances.
Why I Love What I Do
Finances impact every part of a business and life, and I love being the person clients can trust with such a vital piece. Whether it’s getting a parent to their kid’s soccer game or making payroll less stressful, I know we’re making a real difference.
Outside the Office
When I’m not working, I love being outside with my two dogs, traveling, trying new foods, and reading. I’ve also played piano for years and enjoy cooking up something new in the kitchen.
Fun Fact
I once rappelled off a 400-foot cliff in Australia, and I was at President Obama’s first inauguration! I also have eight sisters and one brother.

She also earned her QuickBooks Online Certification after completing an advanced course in high school that simulated real-life business operations.

Bookkeeping is more than just numbers for me—it’s fun and deeply satisfying. I thrive on the challenge of balancing books and ensuring accuracy. My passion was ignited during my internship, where I discovered how much I enjoy reconciling and transaction management.

I rode horses for six years and competed in dressage and jumping events for three of them.
